The university will offer four year courses in culinary arts. Teaching will be both in English as well as Spanish. The University will also offer a one year Master’s degree as well as shorter courses for students who want to perfection their cooking skills.

Famous chef and owner of Michelin-star acclaimed El Bulli restaurant, Ferran Adria will be teaching students as well as British chef and Fat Duck owner Heston Blumenthal.
